She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ohio University and values the opportunity to work for a healthcare organization that provides care for her home community of Columbus. With extensive experience in Human Resources, EmmaLee is passionate about change management, team dynamics, and the development of individual talent.

EmmaLee lives in Galena with her husband, Chris, and their three sons. She is thrilled to see the arts playing a central role in her children’s lives—whether through marching band or singing. You’ll often find her attending live theater, catching a movie at the cineplex, or enjoying a local concert.
