A graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Magna Cum Laude) and John Carroll University, Lee has built a distinguished career serving in executive and legal roles for major healthcare organizations, including Mount Carmel Health Plan and its subsidiaries. Her work has spanned general counsel, executive director, and chief compliance officer roles, where she provided strategic leadership in healthcare delivery, operations, and legal governance.
