Lee Paragas is a seasoned attorney and healthcare executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in legal counsel, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit management. A graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Magna Cum Laude) and John Carroll University, Lee has built a distinguished career serving in executive and legal roles for major healthcare organizations, including Mount Carmel Health Plan and its subsidiaries. Her work has spanned general counsel, executive director, and chief compliance officer roles, where she provided strategic leadership in healthcare delivery, operations, and legal governance.

Lee brings to the Short North Stage Board a powerful combination of legal expertise, nonprofit leadership, and a deep commitment to community service. Her past philanthropic involvement with organizations like United Way of Central Ohio, Jewish Family Services, and Flying Horse Farms underscores her dedication to equity, access, and meaningful social impact.
