Wendy Mays brings more than 20 years of expertise in Talent and Organizational Development. In her current role at Cardinal Health, she leads leadership development initiatives designed to empower individuals and teams to thrive. Wendy holds a Master’s degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Franklin University.

Wendy lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her beloved rescue pup, Kona. She is a devoted supporter of the local arts scene, frequently attending Broadway in Columbus, the Columbus Symphony, and of course, Short North Stage. She is thrilled to contribute her passion and experience to further the mission of the organization.
